“After giving birth to my daughter, I struggled to heal. A vaginal delivery with a short pushing window ended urgently with vacuum-assistance, which left me with a painful tear and pelvic dysfunction. Months after the delivery, I still had intense pain with intercourse, which led to cycles of fear and anxiety surrounding intimacy with my husband. I also experienced numbness and tingling regularly in my vaginal area. Over several appointments with my OB/GYN, she assured me it would get better with time. We struggled with this for over a year before I saw Natalie. She evaluated me and explained that the pain was from my pelvic muscles being so tight. Natalie worked with me to help alleviate the spasms and tightness, and gave me exercises to work on at home. I am doing so much better after working with Natalie, and I am glad to say I am able to enjoy intimacy again. Natalie has been so wonderful to work with and is so kind. The issues I was experiencing are so private, and I felt so hopeless that they could ever improve. Even through my most personal struggles, Natalie cared for me in such a professional and compassionate way. She made healing my pelvic issues such a comfortable process without fear or stress. I can’t thank her enough for walking with me on this journey of healing!”

“Natalie is my go to girl for anything related to health. I think it starts with her personality and how she truly cares for me as a person/patient and that she knows so so much about the body and how to fuel it and make it stronger. She has taught me so much and not necessarily what to eliminate, which could cause stress or defiance (although I know she has that list and the girl loves a good detox), but what to put in my body to fuel it and get the max amount of nutrients per meal. She really makes being healthy fun and innovative since there’s truly something always to learn or try. Even when it comes to exercises for my pelvic floor and body in general she really can get to the root of the problem or target area to help me feel strong. Especially in my postpartum journey, she always comes through for me. I really don’t know why being put on a postpartum track isn’t the norm after birth but it should be and should be referred to by every doctor. And when it is, you should go to Natalie!”

“Natalie is fantastic. I started seeing her for my SIBO and she not only helped me with that, but also my overall health. She is so knowledgeable and she does a great job at educating and supporting her patients.”
